3. Apply Online
Apply securely at BZHApp.com. Each adult must apply with income documents and ID.
4. Application Review
Approval typically takes 1–3 business days if all documents and verifications are received.
5. Holding Deposit
Once approved, a non-refundable holding deposit is due within 24 hours to secure the unit.
6. Lease Signing
You’ll receive a digital lease to sign electronically, including all move-in details.
7. Move-In & Welcome

A move-in walkthrough must be scheduled to document the condition of the unit and deliver keys to the tenant.
Utilities must be transferred to the tenant's name before move-in.

Apply with a qualified co-signer. Co-signers must have a credit score of 700+, no evictions, no criminal record or collections, and earn 5x the monthly rent.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes. Proof of coverage is required before move-in.
Do you charge for parking?
Some properties include parking; others may charge separately.
How long are your leases?
Most are 12 months. Ask for available terms.
Are pets allowed?
