Daniel Benmoshe is the CEO of BZH Properties, a full-service real estate firm based in Los Angeles that specializes in property management, leasing, and residential and commercial sales. With a strong reputation for being hands-on, responsive, and results-driven, Daniel has helped property owners, buyers, and investors successfully navigate the competitive L.A. real estate market.

Daniel began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, where he gained experience in investment sales, financial analysis, and strategic deal-making. He later established BZH Properties to offer a more personalized and tech-forward approach to real estate services. Today, he leads a growing team that manages and leases a diverse portfolio of multifamily, single-family, and commercial properties across Los Angeles

Daniel is also an accomplished real estate agent with a proven track record in residential and investment property sales. He has closed millions in transactions, including deals that exceeded expectations, such as a condo sale in Pico-Robertson that outperformed price projections and a Valley apartment building that sold well over asking.
